WHO DEVELOPS AND TEACHES THE PROGRAMS?

Our team! Our master Jewish educators have dedicated their lives to educating and inspiring Jewish teens and pre-teens. Our teachers and program developers come from all backgrounds, and after a brief intake process we will recommend the best program and teacher for you!

WHAT IS THE DURATION AND WEEKLY TIME COMMITMENT?

We offer a range of courses and programs that can run from 1 month to a full academic year. Weekly time commitment is completely up to you!

WHAT WILL I NEED?

Participants need a computer/tablet, headset with microphone, webcam, and working internet. Have all that? You’re all set! 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Classes are primarily on-demand. Students read, watch, and play with online content, and complete weekly missions. They are paired with a master teacher who will meet with them live (via web conference) to review material and discuss content in greater depth. Teachers guide students on their learning journey,  and ensure a fun and meaningful learning experience!

ARE YOU ACCREDITED?

Yes! Lookstein Virtual Jewish Academy is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Accrediting Commission for Schools as a supplementary Education Program.
