High School Hebrew Teacher

The Abraham Joshua Heschel School is seeking a full-time Hebrew teacher for grades 9-12 for the 2020-21 school year. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience teaching Hebrew as a second language. Preference will be given to candidates who have taught middle or high school Hebrew at a day school in North America, to students of all levels and abilities and with different learning styles. The ideal candidate will be familiar with ACTFL standards, have experience creating curricula, thrive in a collaborative and creative work environment, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
