Seeking Administrative Coordinator

Naaleh High School for Girls is looking for a part time Administrative Coordinator to serve as the face of the school, greeting students and parents daily, and providing them with information as needed. This person will be the first line of communication when parents call or visit the school. The Administrative Coordinator will also schedule appointments, answer phones and give administrative support to the faculty and administration in addition to maintaining student records such as attendance and grading. Other responsibilities include ordering school supplies, overseeing the online lunch system, coordinating the daily and weekly schedule.
The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail oriented, organized, an effective multi-tasker, have excellent people skills and phone manner, as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft, Google G-suite, Quickbooks.
