The Yeshivah of Flatbush William S. Levine Family Shoah Institute has organized a very special opportunity for Yeshivah educators who will be in Israel during the first week of August. In anticipation of the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, we have arranged a tour of the Golan Heights – Emek Habacha (Valley of Tears) battlefield led by one of the heroes of the Israeli army who commanded the battle, Brigadier General (ret.) Avigdor Kahalani. This is a very unique opportunity to learn about the war that changed the Middle East from one of its most famous soldiers.
The tour will be in English. The cost of the tour is $150.
