The annual day of learning in memory of Rabbi Sacks will this year take place on Monday 14 November 2022 , marking the second yahrzeit. This year, as well as hundreds of Jewish communities around the world, we are specifically inviting Jewish day schools to participate, and have created learning resources to help them.
The theme for this year’s learning is “From Optimism to Hope”, and resources for elementary, middle, and high school classrooms can be found at the link, for schools to use or adapt for their needs. While most participating communities and schools will be exploring this theme, it is perfectly acceptable to choose other themes and texts from the writings of Rabbi Sacks for your school.
