Job title: Educational Technology Integration Specialist
Reports to: Director of Informational & Instructional Technology and
Coordinator of Educational Technology – Elementary School
Schedule: 10 month position (Last week of August to June 30)
Job Description:
The Educational Technology Integration Specialist will assist administrators, staff, teachers and students in Pre K-12 to enhance learning through improved integration of technology. The primary focus of the position is to enrich and support teaching and learning while strengthening the technology skills of students, teachers, and staff. He or she will assist administrators and classroom teachers in the incorporation of technological hardware and software into the lesson plan. This professional will work also to support the school improvement efforts and build the technology instructional capacity of the principal and teachers. Extensive knowledge, experience, and successful implementation of instructional technology are preferred. Position will assist technology support services with other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
NYS Educational Technology Specialist Certification or Teaching Certification
Master’s Degree in Educational Technology or Education
Strong teaching and/or technical training experience in K-12
Models and promotes the highest standard of conduct, ethics, and integrity in the use of the Internet and other print and electronic resources and instructs others in the ethical use of resources.
Understanding of the Hebrew language and speaking/reading fluency a plus.
