In concert with the General Studies Principal and Judaic Studies Principal, oversee (and evaluate) all academics, and help set the curricular agenda, and academic trajectory
Help to evaluate and revamp curricula/scope and sequence as needed
Lead, supervise, and evaluate Judaic staff/faculty
Coordinate guest speakers and other special programs in conjunction with the Director of Programming, and help support tefila and learning initiatives (i.e. mishmar)
Work with Principal on educational accreditation (WASC)
Creating and maintaining student behavior expectations
To help maintain student discipline and follow-through with correspondence record keeping relating to discipline.
To counsel students when necessary, working closely with the guidance department
To keep fellow administrators fully informed on student issues and all other relevant matters pertaining to school life.
Facilitate the resolution of conflict
Perhaps Teach 1-2 classes

Advanced degree in Education and/or Educational Leadership
Years of teaching and educational leadership experience
Excellent writing and oral communication skills

Salary commensurate with skill and experience
