Hillel Yeshiva High School is seeking dynamic teachers and subject matter experts to grow our Science, English, Math, and History departments for the 2023-2024 school year.
Our ideal English candidates should possess the ability to teach courses in British, American, and World Literatures as well assist in leading our innovative Writing electives.
Our Math candidates should have a background which enables them to teach across levels of Algebra, Geometry, and PreCalculus. Statistics experience is useful, but not required.
Our Science candidates should possess a content focus in Chemistry; interest in and aptitude for teaching Physics and Computer Science is also desirable.
Our History candidates should possess instructional map skills, familiarity with document-based analysis, and substantive grounding across World and U.S. History content areas.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in their content area, or a related field. Classroom experience preferred, but not required. Candidates should be devoted to working with high school students, have strong communication skills, and be committed to continuous professional development.
