Katz Hillel Day School of Boca Raton (KHDS) is Boca Raton’s largest Modern Orthodox Jewish day school, with over 120 faculty members serving 670 students from Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Located in South Florida on the beautiful 15-acre Milton B. Katz campus, adjacent to the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, KHDS offers a stellar dual Jewish and secular education for students in early childhood (age 2) through 8th grade.

Director of Institutional Advancement
KHDS is seeking a dynamic fundraiser to fill the position of Director of Institutional Advancement. The right candidate will work closely with the Head of School, Executive Director, Board President and Financial Resource Development Committee to plan, create, and build a robust development office and manage fundraising campaigns. The Director of Institutional Advancement will serve as a key member of the KHDS team, forming genuine relationships with community members and lay leaders to facilitate the continued advancement and success of our school through developing relationships with prospective donors, designing marketing campaigns and materials, and raising funds to support school initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Oversee the strategic building of a Development Office
Spearheading development efforts to meet fundraising goals including annual campaign, designated gifts, capital campaign, and endowment and legacy giving
Manage and organize a portfolio of new and prospective donors
Develop and engage qualified prospective donors and development and implementation of Moves Management strategy
Identify opportunities for funding and partnering with existing and new individuals and organizations to achieve funding successes
Create mail and online fundraising campaign appeals
