The Hebrew Academy of Nassau County High School is a mission-driven, modern Orthodox, co-educational yeshiva high school seeking a dynamic individual to serve as Executive Assistant.

Successful candidates will have strong organizational and time management skills; excellent oral and written communication; experience working in a supportive role, preferably in education; good judgment, patience, and flexibility; and a commitment to the confidentiality of student, parent and faculty information.

Responsibilities Include:

Communicating with faculty, staff, and parents

Preparing written communications to be shared with community

Coordinating bus transportation

Supporting business office administrators

Purchase Orders

Assisting in projects as needed

This position requires a solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite. Knowledge of educational LMS systems (i.e. Parent Locker), Canva, Adobe preferred. Bachelor’s Degree required.
