The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the General Studies Lower School administration, ensuring smooth functioning and proactive preparation for all events and programs, including managing and maintaining principals’ calendars and meetings, proactively support the planning and execution of programs and events, computer and data management.

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse groups
