Assistant to Director of Facilities

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm


Assist in all aspects of paperwork for Director of Facilities
Welcome and direct parents and guests as they enter the building.
Address maintenance needs across the entire building and schedule maintenance repairs as needed.
Schedule school events by working with the Principals, Assistant Principals, PTA, board members, other school run committees and the hillel security team. This includes making sure there is no overlap between scheduled events, and the set up/clean up for events are scheduled appropriately as well.

Ability to multitask
Ability to communicate and work well with others
Computer savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Google Suite knowledge a plus
