Kohelet Yeshiva is a warm, vibrant, and growing Modern Orthodox K-12 yeshiva day school in suburban Philadelphia committed to cultivating Bnei and Bnot Torah who think critically and creatively while exuding confidence and compassion.

Reporting to the K-12 Principals, the Part-Time Admissions Associate is responsible for but not limited to the following:

-Working with the Principals and Communications Associate to ensure consistent, positive messaging of the school, its mission, and its values.
-Coordination of student and parent visits, recruitment events, interviews, and tours.
-Logistics, preparation, and implementation of plans for Open House and recruitment events.
-Tracking prospective family data from initial inquiry through enrollment.
-Creating and maintaining an organized system for admissions documents and files.
-Meeting with the Principals and providing bi-weekly admissions and enrollment reports.
-Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will exhibit knowledge of Modern Orthodox Yeshiva Day Schools, and strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Experience planning events is preferred. Candidates should have Bachelor’s and / or a Master’s Degree in a related field. Comfort using the Google Office Suite and database management software is required.
