We are currently offering highly competitive salaries for experienced Language and Speech Pathologist for positions during the 2022-23 school year.

The school year is consistent with the Jewish calendar and closed during summer.

Responsibilities:

Act as co-teacher (along with special education teacher) in a classroom designed for children with language-based disabilities, including receptive and expressive language disorders, pragmatic language disorders, and phonological processing disorders

Collaborate closely with team (including Special Education Teacher and Assistant teacher) in addition to various therapists providing 1:1 support to students (SLP, OT, PT, SEITT)

Create and modify classroom curriculum to meet the needs of students

Instruct both whole group and small group class

Work 1:1 (when necessary) with struggling students

Teach Hebrew reading

Teach early decoding skills

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

TSHH or TSSLD

Experience working with children with language-based learning disabilities

Knowledge of the Jewish Holidays.
Should be fluent in Hebrew
