Yeshivah of Flatbush is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves proctoring Hebrew and English tests for students with testing accommodations, supporting students with accommodations during testing, managing IEP meetings and data sheets, maintaining calendars and attendance records, and providing general administrative support to the Director and department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
College degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a professional environment supporting management; experience in a K-12 environment a plus
Knowledge of special education requirements and terminology
Experience in special education and/or working with students with disabilities or learning challenges a plus
Proficiency with Google Workspace (gmail, docs, sheets, calendar, etc.)
Intermediate level experience with database management
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, problem-solving, and to achieve results
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff to firmly reinforce policies where needed
Aptitude to understand complex tasks and carry them out independently
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Salary: $40,000 DOE
