Job Description:

As a part of the Technology Department team the Technical Support Specialist for the
will work collaboratively as part of an IT Team with administrators, faculty, all staff, and students
in Early Childhood, Lower School, Middle School and High School to support the hardware
software to support teaching, learning, and productivity. This position will also provide technical
support for our in the Executive Offices.

This position will utilize a Helpdesk ticket system to support and manage hardware, peripheral technology and applications (examples: Smart Boards, Smart Notebook, Epson Projectors, Desktops, Laptops, Chromebooks, Printers, Zoom, Google Workplace for Education, etc.).
