The Ramaz School has an opening for an experienced Middle School Hebrew Teacher beginning September, 2022.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Teaching Hebrew Language and Literature in grades 5-8
Working with students in various group settings, using multiple teaching methods
Collaborating with colleagues
Participating in professional growth and commitment to continuous learning
Communicating regularly with parents
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Master’s degree is preferred.
Full command of Hebrew at a level of a first language.
Ability and willingness to work with students in various group settings, using multiple teaching methods.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to keeping parents informed and engaged.
Interest in professional growth and commitment to continuous learning
Ability to be self-reflective and commitment to learning from feedback received from colleagues, administrators, and students.
