How does a school sign up students?
When you register as a school you will receive a school ID. Your students should use that ID when registering. They will receive a unique username and password to login. We do not require any personal information.
Do students need to register personal details?
No. We do not needs their names. We do not need their email addresses. They will use the school’s ID number and then create their own username.
How will we know when a new game is up online?
New games will be available everyday (apart from Shabbat and festivals) at the same webpage every day. Schools will receive a reminder everyday. The principal should send the link to his/her students every day as a reminder.
If I miss a day will I be able to go back to a game?
Older games will remain available at the link, but the students will not be able to gain maximum points if the game is not completed within 48 hours.
Can we play more than one game per day?
For what ages/grades are these games appropriate?
Each game has four levels – Grades 1-3, 4-6, 7-9 & 10-12.
What type of students are these games appropriate for?
These games are all about the State of Israel, its history, geography, and culture. It is appropriate for all students – day school, supplementary, public and private, as well as home-schooled kids – who want to learn about Israel.
What do I do if I don’t know an answer?
Ask a friend or family member, or do some research. Have fun!
Will the games be completed by Yom Ha’Atzmaut?
The program is Countdown to 70, but will continue after Yom Haatzmaut.
Should these games be played during class time?
That is fully up to the individual school’s discretion. The games will take about 5 minutes, and can be done during spare time or in class.
If we register, will we be required to complete all the games?
The games are fun and educational. You will want to complete them. But you are under no obligation.
