Currently at SAR HS we are using Risevision to manage our displays - [
www.risevision.com]. Risevision is a great product and is on the more affordable side of the digital signage solutions.
I would also recommend Hypersign (https://www.hypersign.com/) which will probably come out more expensive than risevision but requires less tinkering and has lots of built in flexibility.
Either way, I recommend the intel computer stick to run whatever display software you choose. It can run full windows 10 and it's a great value for the price. [
