I fear that few Orthodox day schools would be willing to share their positions on this question in an open forum like Lookjed. Perhaps we would do well to look across the Atlantic to Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis whose office recently published “The Wellbeing of LGBT+ Pupils: A Guide for Orthodox Jewish Schools.”
