While Rabbi Carmy's idea of addressing the "miracle" question in some designated time other than during a Humash class seems beneficial, as an educator in the trenches I'm not sure it is feasible. Students ask these types of questions all the time, and we could lose credibility and an authentic opportunity if we say "let's talk about it later". Better, I think, for teachers to familiarize themselves with the types of sources Rabbis Kobrin and Carmy mention in their posts, and then to be prepared to share their understandings of the question with the students.
