<HTML>Up until this point, as the conversation has ranged from the philosophical
to the practical to the technical, I believe that every digest has=20
included discussions that could be of interest to every Jewish educator.
Posting job openings is qualitatively different in that some of you may
have no interest in such information at all. After some discussion, we
have decided to let you vote with your fingertips. Those of you who have
job openings in your schools can write a brief description which will be
posted in a separate digest. Send postings to the usual Lookjed address,
but put "classifieds" as the subject heading. Included with the
classifieds we will post announcements that are of interest to Jewish
educators, such as fellowships, seminars, events, etc. Those of you who
aren't interested can simply delete the Lookjed Announcements.
Our website should be up just after Pesach. At that point we will be able
to post job opportunities and announcements in a medium where they will be
available to any interested party, and can be browsed at one's leisure.
