For an excerpt of Sefer Hakuzari, try Three Jewish Philosophers, by Hans Lewy (Editor), Alexander Altmann (Editor), Isaak Heinemann (Editor). The style is a bit archaic but does a fair job excerpting Kuzari, Philo, and Saadiah Gaon, This is a reprint of earlier editions.
