Looking for Resources for Gabbai / Ba'al Tefillah

I am looking for a Sefer (English or Hebrew) that outlines specific Halachot that relate to both

[1] Gabbis - questions that commonly come up in Shul

[2] The Chazan/Ba'al Tefillah - common halachot to be aware of, pronunciation mistakes, what to do when, etc.

If anyone could please point me to some resources it would be greatly appreciated.
