Teacher out for several months
Collecting data on what schools do when a teacher hired for a full year ,with a prorated salary over 12 months, suddenly becomes
sick or needs an operation that will cause them to leave school for several months.
The question is how do you reconfigure their salary that was based on a full year to Pay them when they get back? In addition, this year schools were in session for all of September but were out in October what would happen in your school if the teacher in question (with a prorated salary) was out for November and December, would they get paid for October?
