I am going to be the director of a new three-week program this summer in Jerusalem, which will give British High School and University Students, who did not spend a year in Israel, a Yeshiva and Seminary experience. (The program will be under the auspices of Mizrachi UK)
Whilst I have a lot of experience in both formal and informal teaching, I have far less in program design/management, so I wanted to turn to this group for advice. Does anyone have resources that help in the design of educational programs? It could be something as simple as a checklist of what things you need to make sure you have covered, a philosophy of how to design a program, just anything that makes the design and planning stages more sophisticated.
