Educators "Hippocratic oath"

Does anyone know of, or use in your school, a concise "hippocratic oath" like statement for educators. I am not referring to specific and detailed ethical guidelines of a particular school as much as a concise and clear core affirmation prioritizing ethical responsibilities of the educator. "Above all ..." .
