Thank you for sharing Rabbi Tirschwell's essay about the challenges faced by day school educators thinking about their retirement.
I will note that this has been a topic of conversation for years - not only around my dinner table, but in Jewish media - see, for example Moishe Bane's article that appeared in Jewish Action 12 years(!) ago - [

So kudos to Rabbi Tirschwell for taking this on. But we need now is real action on this matter.
