Dear Fellow Jewish Educator,
It is my pleasure to introduce to you an outstanding program available to all senior Jewish educators. The Lookstein Center at Bar Ilan University is once again sponsoring a Senior educator program. This program will afford participants the opportunity to spend a year in Israel, allow them to enjoy an individually tailored enrichment program and to partake in any of the courses (over 2000) offered by the university. The group consisting of educators from all over the world, goes on 2-3 trips a month touring sights, visiting educational institutions and following in the footsteps of historical figures.
The fellowship stipend awarded covers a considerable portion of the participants' living expenses. Full health insurance and fifty percent of flights for the entire family are covered, as well.
Teachers of all Jewish subjects, administrators, informal educators, Zionist educators, Holocaust educators, family educators, synagogue leaders, supplementary school educators, etc., are invited to apply for this most exciting year-long program. Reasonable knowledge of Hebrew is required for acceptance.
If you, or someone you wish to recommend would be interested, please inform us by return (e-mail:
fuldyo@mail.biu.ac.il or fax: 972-3-5351912) and we will initiate a more formal dialogue and process.
We are confident that the successful applicants will consider this to be one of the finest years of their life. It is a genuine opportunity to 'recharge one's batteries' and enrich one's professional skills beyond measure. Please share this information with any of your friends, who if accepted, will remain eternally grateful to you for making them aware of this outstanding program.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Sincerely,
Yonah Fuld</HTML>
