Dear Shalom,
I would be interested in receiving references that would deal with
aligning the assumption in Ruth 4 that the Goel of land that has been sold
must also marry the widow of the deceased although there is no specific
context of Yibum, as well as the general issue of the application of
specific areas of Tora SheB'Al Peh to the period of Shoftim.
