I am teaching Shemuel A and have not found a satisfactory reason why
David, when fleeing Shaul, seeks refuge with his arch enemy Achish, King
of Gath. After playing crazy and fleeing, he returns and stays there for
year, ultimately misleading the Pelishtim. But why does he go there in
the first place? (chapters 21 & on)
