Regarding educational journals and latest pedagogy, allow me to recommend
the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. Their journals
(particularly Educational Leadership, Classroom Leadership and Curriculum
Update) are fantastic, and their books are "cutting edge." I recommend
premium membership as you will be more up to date that you can possibly
imagine.

You should also check out CLASS- Dr Grant Wiggins' group, which specializes
in assessment reform and the Understanding by Design project. You can find
them at www.classnj.org. Understanding by Design is through CLASS and ASCD.
Their web site is ubd.ascd.org. The book and recently produced handbook
are fantastic.

I have posted some of my own articles in curriculum and assessment, as
well as interesting educational links, on my homepage.

I would be happy to recommend more materials and specific titles to any who
are interested...
and I am always looking for things that I should look at, as well.

With all best wishes-
(Rabbi) Shmuel Jablon
