For Ailu Metziot, there is a pamphlet put out by Yeshivot Netivot Yosef
(Mitzpeh Yeriho) with very nicely-done flow charts.
Prof. Yonah Fraenkel published an article in Mayim MiDalyav (put out by
Michlelet Lifshitz), 5751, called "Hamatarot Hachinuchiyot beHoraat
HaTalmud", in which he suggests a nice way of developing the halachic and
aggadic concepts of Ailu Metziot. He also put out a pamphlet with about
100 charts for teaching various sugyot in the chapter. I don't know how
much of this is available in USA (at least the article by Fraenkel should
be available).
Re: Kiddushin 29 etc., many of the sugyot have been discussed and applied
to issues of contemporary relevance, under the headings of: women and
mitzvot, talmud torah (e.g. book by Yehudah Levi), kibbud av va'em (see G.
Blidstein, Honor thy Father and Mother; M. Pyotrokovsky in Jewish Legal
Writings by Women).
Similarly, for Berachot, there are many fine articles on various topics
and sugyot - the Rav has a good deal of material, especially in first
volume of Shiurim Lezecher Abba Mari. Other materials may be found in
Yosef Tabori's bibliography of articles on prayer (Kiryat Sefer #64
supplement). For teachers, a lot of interesting material may be found in
Maayanot 8.
