I also had problems printing the Misrad HaHinukh web site. What I did was
to copy the section I wanted and then paste it into a word processor. Any
word processor will do even Word. Then select all the text and set it in
the same web font you use to view Hebrew on the web. Then you should be
able to view or print the document well. You still will not be able to
edit parts of the article even in Dagesh because the Hebrew web fonts are
not regular Hebrew fonts and do not type from right to left like Hebrew
fonts. I hope my idea helps. Good Luck!
