I do not know if this will be of use to any one, but this is the schedule
of the first (mishna) level studied in our yeshiva for "late beginners":
Mishnah Class
In order to graduate the Mishnah class a student must pass a test on
Rambam's Introduction to Mishneh Torah and on approximately 50 mishnayos
with Bartenura's commentary from the list, as selected by the Rabbi
teaching the class.
The Mishnayos program comprises: 15 mishnayos from Berachos; 15 from Mo'ed:
8-9 from Shabbos; 7 from one of the other masechtos; 8-10 from Nashim; 8-10
from Nezikin. Note that some of the mishnayos are mandatory; others are
optional and will be selected by the Rabbi.
Berachos =96 two mandatory chapters.

Mo'ed
Shabbos =96 chap. 7, mishnah 2 is mandatory; 7-8 other mishnayos selected
from the following list:
chap. 1 (6 out of 11); chap. 3 (1, 5, 6); chap. 10 (1-6); chap. 12 (1-6)
7 other mishnayos will be selected according to the time of year from one
of the following:
Pesachim =96 chap. 1 (1-4); chap. 10
Yoma =96 chap. 8
Sukkah =96 chap. 3; chap. 4 chap. 5
Megillah =96 chap. 3; chap. 4
(Middos =96 during the three weeks)
Nashim
8-10 mishnayos from Gittin or Kiddushin. However Kiddushin chap. 1, mishnah
7 is mandatory.
Gittin =96 chap. 1; chap. 3; chap 6.
Kidushin =96 chap. 1; chap. 3
Nezikin
8-10 mishnayos from Bava Kama or Bava Metzia or Bava Basra
Bava Kama =96 chap. 5; chap 6
Bava Metzia =96 chap. 1; chap. 2; chap. 3
Bava Basra =96 chap. 1; chap. 3; chap. 10
