<HTML>As usual, much more is happening than people are aware of. It may be an
idea to form an association of institutes and agencies promoting advanced
Talmudic study for women, to help standardize and document the development
in this area. Especially important would be to inform the observant
public about development in this area, and eventually to suggest
conferences on the contribution of learned women to the halakhic process.
As an instructor of Talmud and Talmudic skills at Bar Ilan, Orot College
and Matan, I suspect that it is already possible to identify and publicize
the names of some very competent Torah scholars from these institutions.</HTML>
