The new Herzog initiative, www.hatanakh.com, is an excellent resource for materials. With Google's permission, it bills itself as the "Google for Tanakh." It's accessible in both Hebrew and English. Extremely user friendly, visually attractive, and with a wealth of information. Links to other great resources (including the Daat website) as well.
