Miracles of Eliyahu and Elisha

Calling all Navi teachers:

I know I've learned that Eliyahu performed 8 miracles, and Elisha 16. Can anyone point me to a source for these numbers, and that lists the miracles? I have one person's list of Eliyahu's miracles, and I am confused about why some miraculous events are included on the list and others are not.
