There is a somewhat sensitive issue which I would like to post on LookJed, however, I would like to do so without identifying the school which has the issue or my name. The feedback is so important to us, as we would like to align ourselves with other Yeshivot and Day Schools, yet do not want to draw unnecessary attention to the challenge we are facing.
The issue is a professional responsibility one involving staff. We have teachers who are consistently "tardy/late" and currently have a very cumbersome, inequitable and frankly punitive consequence in place. We are interested in hearing what other schools do in similar situations.
