In response to Sonia Slonim’s question about a Jewish history textbook, the two year curriculum guide, “Kol Dodi Dofek: Responding to God’s Knocks†was created in partnership with Fuchs Mizrachi, a religious Zionist school here in Cleveland. Developed using the Understanding by Design model, each year includes a teacher guide and student resource materials. They are a free download from the JECC Marketplace.
Year One: Covers 589 BCE to 135 CE

While there is some tech in the guide, it was published at a point when the possibilities were just taking off. I’m sure others can integrate more technology than is currently in the documents.
