I would recommend [www.risevision.com] as the digital signage program and buying an Intel Compute stick -[www.amazon.com] to plug into the HDMI port on the TV and run the program. I use it on 3 TVs in my school and it works great. Costs are not too bad. A few hundred a year for 3 licenses.
