work (Malki baKodesh) excerpts of which can be found in Eliezer Schweid's
book on him: Demokratia veHalakhah, now available in English, as well. A
more "popular" collection of relevant sources and discussions, very
suitable for upper classes, can be found in Yehudah Shaviv: Mamlekhet
