<HTML>I just wanted to add to the list of Israeli institutions which promote
tolerance. Melitz is another educational organization which runs
leadership training programs for Israelis and chutznikim from all
different backgrounds. I actually participated in one of their programs
and think that some of their educators are very talented. Melitz would
