Regarding the question that was raised some time ago asking for
suggestions on teaching Korbanot, a good source for a mini-type curriculum
for Vayikra might be the study questions and shiurim on my website

I think that a lot of my shiurim on Vayikra end up with relevance to
today, even though it takes some overall analysis until you get to it, but
I think high school kids would rather learn a Sefer, rather than scanning
the Sefer looking for a few psukim or topics that are relevant today - I
don't think that does justice to them or to Sefer Vayikra, but of course
it depends on what type and level of high school students someone is
teaching.
