I am learning with a boy for his becoming a Bar Mitzvah speech. He wants
to deal with the story of Yaakov's blessing from Yitzchak. He question is
basically that if this blessing was so important then Yitzchak should have
been 120% sure who he was blessing.
From=20the Pasukim Yitzchak seems confused he asks questions and smells and
feels and blesses then hugs and smells the clothing a second time. Why
didn't he check with Rivkah? "Rivkah come here -- who is this son right in
front of me?"
