The Teshuvah makes the point that distinctions between Jews and non-Jews are legitimate and that the prohibition against intermarriage is certainly one of them, but that discrimination against non-Jews in Jewish Law on issues of rights and justice are not. Therefore any rabbinic laws or theories that do that and especially those that posit that non-Jews are lesser humans than Jews cannot be considered God's words. These are the things that we have fought against in the way others have looked at Jews. We cannot tolerate them in the way Jews think of others.
