One can reject the negative teachings such as the teaching that Jews are superior to others and still fight anti-semitism. There is no contradiction.
The negative effects of these teachings are seen here in Israel constantly in such things as "tag mechir," attacks on Christian and Muslim clergy and houses of worship, Baruch Goldstein's massacre at Hebron, the burning to death of an Arab teenager, the fire that destroyed the home and killed people in an Arab home etc. as well as rulings by various rabbis discriminating against Arabs or declaring that no non-Jew should be living in the Land of Israel.
