Regarding the issue at hand really nothing can come close to role modeling
but for me I would love to see material for families around the table .
We have a custom, as I'm sure do many others, of everyone saying a Dvar
Torah or answering a question for the Parsha. Perhaps some material can be
prepared for different ages which would follow the format of the
Parshiot/Chagim. It could be disseminated through the schools and/ or
e-mail.

As far as an "ethics specialist" in the higher level Yeshivot it is called
a Mashgiach Ruchani and in the younger ones a school "rebbe", here again
the role modeling is of utmost importance but the emphasis on the "Ruchani"
as the source of the ethical is also not matter of fact. This seems to me
to be a prerequisite to success of any such program.
