<HTML>Gevalt, Rabbosai, gevalt! If we were considering our children's
physician would we be asking this question? Teachers hold the key to our
children's neshamot, how can we even consider anything less that the
very best we can possibly offer?

Instead our discussion should focus on finding ways to provide
retirement and savings packages for our teachers so that when they are
no longer 'effective' they have a nest egg to carry them through.

B'ahava,
