Resource material for teaching Tanakh (And maternity leave)

<HTML>
I'm teaching D'varim next year to advanced girls on two levels: 11th and
12th together, and 9th and 10th together (it's a small school so far). I'm
also teaching Trei Assar to the same 9th and 10th grade girls, half of
whom learned Yeshayahu with me last year, and half of whom never learned
Nevi'im Achronim.

1.Where can I find resource material for preparing my classes and for
practice exercises?
2. How do I teach the same material on two levels?
3. What p'rakim do I teach?

Separate question:
What are the policies of other yeshiva high schools in terms of maternity
leave for teachers:

1. How long?
2. With or without pay?
3. What about disability</HTML>
